Old Testament versions of angels (not the popcorn movie types) creep me out, and so do those wireframe decorative guys (?). Clive Barker and Neil Gaiman ("Neverwhere") had the right idea about them...
No wonder the Serra Angel is still one of the most kickass cards in Magic: The Gathering.
